Was not what I was expecting... not at all.
Ditto, I've never skinned mine, but there was this unfortunate incident involving a zipper........

Nope, never skinned mine, either.... and I've not had a zipper accident since I was a youngster in grade/primary school. Was showing a girl who asked to see it... the 'accident' occurred when we heard a teacher coming and I was hurried to be all ship shape and tucked in before she turned the corner.
It was a lesson twice learned: firstly because of the zipper pain; and secondly, the teacher [with a bit of a smirk on her face] lending assistance to help me extricate myself from the most embarrassing predicament.... made all the more embarrassing because the teacher indicated afterwards that she knew what I was doing prior to those metal teeth biting mercilessly into my tenderest of flesh.

Well, it seems my doctor thinks my winky needs skinning after all. She gave me a prick my finger thingumy and said I needed to watch my blood sugars and diet... that I had to be circumspect.
