How to ???

I was wondering how i can get the neat toolbar at the top of the screen on this pic https://www.wincustomize.com/window.asp?Cmd=PREVIEW&source=http://skins.stardock.com/three_4me/conv/Chiffre.jpg and the calander and stuff i am clueless ! any help is appriciated thanks.

The tool bar at the top is ObjectDock, a program for windows XP only that emulates the Macintosh dock. The calender is called Rainlender, and that can be used on all Operating Systems. I hope this helps.
