help with new skinner plz

I think its about time that i freeloading off of everybody else and contribute to the skin making. i have been wondering how to create windowblinds skins. i downloaded skinstudio but...to be honest i have no idea what to do. i dont know how to change the skin to how i want it to. can anybody help me here? links to tutorials would be most helpful.

Try winamp first its easier and you get your feet wet.

Winamp isn't that easy. Try SysMetrix. Thats real easy.
