E.G. try to download a PocketBlinds skin... all links are broken.

Yea, usually if you just click on download, it copies to your Temp folder then tries to open itself if you have the program. Sometimes that doesn't work. So, try what Jafo suggested.

Try right-click and 'save-as'....may help you...
