Well, I went to the site and couldn't find anything on this subject. Do I have to play with the .ini file like objectdock?

Also take a look at the help file. There's a section there on skinning it.

you will need a background bmp to start the theme and also a name. A new folder/theme will be added to the theme list with your new theme.
all the other features are added in the config. below the Theme settings.
Check other theme folders for the names of the graphics.
