Standard Button Integration

Is anyone else having problems with the Close, Maximize, and Minimize buttons for Windows or is it just me and my settings?? Getting really confused here...

heh heh sorry...it seems as though it won't work with any of explorer.exe's windows and it is with all skins that I have downloaded...

I have tried it but my was different to begin with...I can use those buttons on everything else BUT explorer.exe's...i dunno what to do... T.T
