In what directory can i find the windows icons to moderate them ? I want to moderate my internet-icon ...

I have WIN2000 and in that folder there are only .dll files here ...

Windows icons are not just .ico files. They are contained in various executable ie: Explorer.exe and also in various .dll's to name them all is not possible most programs exe contain the icon you see. Its so much easier to use a proggy to change them for you.
