I wanted to upload a new Skin I have made and I would like to use JamMeister33's Slippery wallpaper for the screenshot. How can I contact him for permission?

Please note that if you include another's wall, etc with your skin submission you are required to include notification of consent given to do so....in the skin comments, and in a text file in the skin zip.
'Credit' only is not sufficient....
