Hey folks problem with downloading icons.. help :)

This site rocks BTW and i've dl icons from here before and I don't know if things have changed because when I dl any icon package now all I get is the .iptheme file, no other icons and a .icl file with the name of the icons i'm dl'ing. Am I doing something wrong? I don't think so...
For example i'm trying to get the goldNsilver icons but when I change the .ip file to a .zip file as instructed still no icons just the .iptheme file and if I click it, it asks what program do I want to open with this. I haven't downloaded the iconpackager because it should work they way i'm doing it. Any suggestions? thx!

The .icl-file is a library containing the icons. You should be able to open it with any icon-editor.

Yes the iconpackager will do the trick. When you go to a section to download anything, lool at the top and see what you need to run whatever you are downloading. That will save you some frustration.
