ummm..i cant upload for some reason..i got an e-mail sayin i have to re-upload..and it said something about an auto preview pic.. umm...
my .BMP is saved in a .ZIP file
and thats what i have done..so plz, some help here for the newbie

Ideally it should be a jpg the same size as the bitmap you did, namely 1024x768.
As for the wall's content/quality....big personal website addresses, or 'self-promotion' isn't terribly popular with walls.....may mean a lot to you, but not to Joe Public.
The word to look for is 'SUBTLETY'...

as soon as i go get the XP workin version of 3dStudioMax, then ill able to make my better wallpapers watever.
I'm in the makin of my first WinBlind at the moment, just the same as makin a WinAMP skin

'Twas me who sent the email.
A wallpaper needs ideally to be a zipped bmp for the 'file', and a full-screen size jpg for the 'preview image'.
What you uploaded was a small pic....heaven knows exactly what size, but you ain't the first nor the last to 'get it wrong'....
Just save your pretty picture as a jpg, as well as the format you drew/created it in....and upload the jpg version as the 'preview', zip the bmp, jpg, or multiple resolutions into one zip and upload as the 'file'.
That'll do it...
