Got Letter today can someone advice me

Here is the letter I got in my e mail today ,I'm new to skinning, can someone advise me on what I should do regaurding this letter.

My name is Yoshio Shinohara, and I'm an editor of Windows multimedia
information magazine,called "TECH Win", Enterbrain Inc.
TECH Win is Enterbrain Inc. publication aimed at the digital development
community in Japan. Each issue comes with 2 CD-ROMs that loaded with
demos, freeware, shareware,product advertisements and the contents we make
by our own. Many readers in Japan support us and the circulation of the
magazine is more than 100,000 copies every month.
Right now, we are working on a particular project with which we would
like to ask you for your cooperation.The title of this project is; "How
to make a cool desktop!!"
We would like your permissions to accomodate the given materials to the
CD-ROM of our magazine.
If you permit this project, please contact me as soon as possible.
Because of the time strain on our side, we'd appreciate if you can reply
by January 14. We apologize for the rush. We look forward to hearing
from you soon. Thank you.
In case of We record for CD-ROM, we changes ZIP archive to Self
extracting archive.If filename was long(over8byte), we would changed filename.

Recently, there was an approach to some skinners by a Japanese Mag 'Windows 100%' which was 'OK' but there are/were included 'soft-porn' girlie images, alomg with mpegs that were a bit 'less' 'soft'.
Japanese 'culture' seems to have a strange mix of what they choose to combine as Mag content.
It's possible this mag may have similar 'liberal' ideals which may not be you 'cup of tea'...

I don't like this part of the letter.

Iben...that's just to help with accessibility without long filenames...and self extracting 'zips' are easier to deal with than opening Winzip/whatever....nothing 'evil' about all that.
The main thing is they ask for consent to post your work, and credit you with it.
Windows 100 did that for my WMP skin....no problem.
I aske dfor a copy of the mag, and it was sent as well...
