Does anyone know where I can find a good simple program for making Winamp skins?

hehe, didn't catch me huh 
No, winamp v.3 were i made a skin for can't be made in a program, you've got to program it,
just go to the winamp site and take a day

None of the 'Skin Maker' proggies actually can make a half-decent skin....they are all junk and are automatically rejected here...
