Any suggestions for Aero glass themes under Win8.1 with effective use of transparency?

I've been using Aero Blur in my titlabars/frames to make multiple transparent windows on on desktop easier to read (using a custom Windowblind skin under Win7). Are there any semi-dark aero glass themes (and settings) that could still make effective use of transparency under Windows 8.1 (without making it look worse)?
Im also investigating the possibility of using the "Aero Glass for Windows 8.1"; which seems to have less visual effects than Windowblinds; but, at least still allows effective use of the blur effect on transparent windows.

Windowblinds couldn't blur that effect as you wanted but imitate t as far as I know. Th one you mentioned about does provide that,however,it's quite an intrusive way which is not recommend to users who don't know how to repair/reverse the course.
