invalid file format

why does it keep saying this when i try to up load. using win xp and winzip??? >

Very possibly a bad file name. Try not to use 'queer' symbols, etc in the naming of your files, zips and jpgs, etc.
Stick to plain words and numbers...and remember that all 'previews' need 'unique' names to you.
Don't call all your screenshots 'preview', for eg....

changed names of the preview, changed name of zip file, it still says invalid file format. was created with logon studio the zip file is called monster, the preview is called monsterdash. now what??? created under windows xp pro and zipped with winzip...

The preview must be sent in separately from the zip file.
e.g.- monsterdash_preview.jpg
- monster.zip
e.g.- monsterdash_preview.jpg
- monster.zip
