yeh you can get IESpeaker at http://www.iespeaker.com , its a program that speaks your webpages its really cool..

nealjhon, I didn't dl it and really didn't see any kind of sdk for making new skins. If you have it, I would suggest taking apart one of the existing skins and making one that you like.

Well I am not great skin maker at all, i thought here i will find the guys who make it the nice way and will get something here...
if i would know how to make then why i would come here.. i have seen pretty other skins but i use IESpeaker very often thats why i need some flashy skins in it.

people here are so lazy to even search for name i typed and asking me where to find it.. god damn google is so big site you can get anything there..
