can LiteStep skin the window borders?

Monday, December 16, 2002 by moshi | Discussion: WinCustomize Talk

this has been asked quite often. the standard answer has been: "no, you´ll need WindowBlinds for that."

nowadays with XP´s msstyles you do not really need WindowBlinds, and now there´s ShellWM and the next step will be a LiteStep module that changes your windows. http://alphals.shellscape.org/shellwm/

now waiting for Y´z Finder

And I heard rumours about Longhorn, that it will make it impossible to make custom skins for it. Dunno if it's true though.
