Tabs

When I close a tab, the image does not go away. I see a row of disabled or closed tabs that will not go away. It looks like a mess of crossed-out tabs and can,t tell which tab has focus and which tabs have been closed.
If this continues I will have to unload Window8Blinds. This is recent occurrence and I am wondering if it WindowBlinds or FireFox.

I'm sure its firefox after the update. when i restore it goes back to normal but when in maximize mode you will see a multiple tabs with a blank black frame caption.
