I downloaded the iconpackager version - not sure if it was from this site or not, but I thought there was an indication that FOOOD had given permission to someone to put it in icon packager format.

I downloaded the iconpackager version at DeskMod and they were posted by someone named bangbang023 who indicated full permission from FOOOD. Don't know if XP2000 and bangbang023 are the same person.

I downloaded it from Deviantart in the icon packager section, in icon packager format, and it was by and artist named FOOOD... and it linked to his website.... unless that other guy has his permission, or is him... then... well...
