Windowblinds 8 Activation failure

I recently reinstalled Windows 8.1 and installed Windowblinds 8, but now it won't activate and just keeps saying activation failure after entering my details. Any help would be appreciated. 

PS Is there an activation limit for Windowblinds 8?
