I hardly ever see a skin with an on top button.
I guess it would come in handy when using an app. that doesn't have an on top feature.
Windowblinds is not only for XP but all Windows.

i like how on some skins they have the cool little quick-launch menu or whatever u want to call it...
and also..i have a sort of n00b question about cursorxp if anyone wants to answer...
i have a cursor i want to animate...but the online tutorial doesnt help me enough....do i have to have seperate image files for each frame? or what?
because when i have it in all one image it either shows all the frames in a line...or it's just like a marquee of the frames through an invisible box...if that makes sense...could anyone give me a more detailed explanation on how to animate stuff?

Roll up does what it says. It moves the bottom frame up to the top frame so all that is showing is the top frame.
