The easiest way is to find a set you like, that's close to what you want, and swap graphics. Then tweak the .ini file if needed.

I would suggest comparing several ini. files also due to the changes made by each author.
You will find several differences in each file according to what graphics were incorporated.
Some docks{backgrounds}work sides , top , and bottom, some do not.
Also, I would set all sizes to zero and start fresh when aligning through the ini. file so you can see before change and after change differences.
If you leave all the sizes as are, you may be missing out on a better looking background by not trying different settings.
Hope to see a fabulous bleumart od skin soon, cool.Luck Denis, and help is here if you desire it, B.

well the first time I came to Wincustomize in 2007 I was captured by the messiah1 docks gallery
luckily he also created a tutorial you can still find here > http://www.maxstyles.com/e107_plugins/forum/forum_viewtopic.php?1435
any way I never used PS and the tutorial is not updated for OD 2
as RND and DT well said the starting point can be every dock in the gallery ( there is no copyright on the .ini files)
just create your own graphic
don't hesitate to ask for more advises !
