Why does it take so long for Wincustomize to accept a skin???!!!

Often, works 'can' be delayed due to waiting for 'second opinions'.
It's not specifically a factor of the number of Moderators, but more a consensus of opinion...

Quite often they are created from walls or artwork that does not belong to the person submitting and are therefore copyright issues, just as with walls themselves.
Also, Logons 'tend' to look 'better' if the top and bottom 'bars' are integrated into the overall image, rather than remaining a separate stripe of disparate colour.
Often the User Logon 'window' tends to just 'sit there' with no integration/connection with its background...as if the only image 'altered' was the background.
Remember, a Logon is a 'skin', not just a 'wall'...[it has more than one image]...
