How do I change the icons with Window Blinds??!!!???!!!

You can´t change the Desktop icons with WindowBlinds. To do that
you need IconPackager, another product of Stardock.

There is a list of icons available in the drop down list.
Also in IE next to the Back button if you click on the chevron it will have Webblind settings there also.
