I think I'm missing something here

I just got Cursor XP Plus " finally" and I can not find where to change colors and resize the cursors. Could someone toss out a bone and lead me in the right direction Pleazzzzzzzzz!

Thanks! Buy the way Keila " who is my dog by the way" loves Beggin Strips. OK, still a problem " other then being slightly brain dead today" I do not have a icon in my system tray.

ahh, well then lets try this another way...
I you already have CursorXP loaded, launch it again...this will bring up the main configuration screen. Once there, go to options>preferences and check the system tray icon.
