WinCustomize.com. See Display Properties / Appearance
(or Skins) to make use of this.
-Includes trackbar (slider) support for themeaware
apps on Windows XP. This support has not been added

for how to add this support to skins.
-Internal fixes and performance improvements.
The public releases had some tweaks to this version.

I'm not sure what they changed... but I know with 3.5 I kept getting lock ups.. but it seems ok with 3.5a.... just wanted to put in my input...
