wierd windowblinds install problem...

i have windowlinds...but every time i try to download a windowblinds theme from this site, it downloads it and goes right to the DesktopX install wizard. when i go into windowblinds to see if the file is there, it's not. it does not even download the file to my computer. what is happening?

This may be wrong but may also be right. If right, try reinstalling WB.
