Just throwing this out there for Mods n Men (and a couple of galz) 
Wincustomize / Stardock being such a marvelous place I´ve seen so many Great skinners dropping off, so I wonder....
In my mind the only reason why there aren't more new people joining is that they simply don't know about Us.
-So my humble question is......
-What's being done, what forms of marketing is being configured to get the "New" crowd to discover Us and this insane asset to the customization of the Windows OS that is called Wincustomize ??

I was going to keep this to myself, but here is a thought.
Win customize is for the extreme user and OS customizer.
Most of the world, as we know, is pretty content with a new car purchase, comes with so many extras, no need to add to it, only a few need to add lift kits and chrome headers and all that jazz.
I believe skinning and os decorations are the same. Stardock offers so much with a purchase, with excellent skins and such included, that the everyday user needs nor looks for more.So, basically SD does not need any more advertisement . They have surpassed any expectations with the amount of users, I believe you all said like 4 million downloads or something for WB products. So, they are doing okay, we skinners are the ones suffering, but we can hardly blame stardock for having good artists on board and delivering a complete package.
So, it is what it is, eventually people will get bored and reach out to us, we just have to wait.
