Desktop x League Prem 1st 2nd 3rd

Themes get put in to a league table, depending on its downloads for the week. Themes could get promoted or relegated. There could even be a results table. The table would be updated weakly with a special introduction table where new themes are first displayed. Depending on their success depends on what division they go in at the end of the week. ie Premiership 1st 2nd 3rd
