hit ctrl-print scrn

that puts a copy of your desktop into the clipboard. Open the graphics program of your choice, paste it in there and save it as a .jpg file

...and if you don't have in your keyboard the button PrtScn, that's the big question for which I need some answer???
The third party utilities are missing something, for example they are not capturing the logon-logof screens.
How can I find which button in my keyboard is doing the work of PrtScn???
Does anybody hear has the knowgledge about it?

I thought maybe you had a keyboard key marked Sys Rq, and if you did, that would be the Print Screen key.
oh well.... surely someone knows the answer.

Adni...you are on a laptop, aren't you?
Documentation for it 'should' explain alternate key-presses for a 'full' keyboard function...

Well, obviously I can't take this as a personal attack...
I tried though.

Is it easier to make graphics on a laptop in comparison to a desktop? I only used a laptop one time and the pad seemed harder to work than a mouse. Is it in fact easier to draw with?

Sally....I doubt it, but like anything else, if you get used to it for long enough you can draw with almost anything...

If you don't have the print/scrn button, just hit cntrl/c and open your graphics program and hit cntrl/v and it will paste. Cntrl/v works with the prnt/scrn button to folks 4 strokes = 1 screenshot.... (copy, paste, open, save)

He he, you have a point Koasati , but I love my keyboard and I don't want to change it just for that missing button. I thought that maybe someone may know an answer to that problem, someone who knows how the keyboard are sending the commants to Windows OS.

Good answer Snowman, I love it!
