I see in a lot of the skin previews they have a floating toolbar with different programs in it, how do i do that?

in file windows the area on the left that has stuff like other places, and details
is still blue...which looks rather tacky on a lot of skins...how may i fix/change that?

If you are using WindowBlinds........ open the Configuration Dialog........ under Settings...........Enhance Desktop Elements......... 'uncheck' Use Windows XP style explorer bars.
If you aren't using WindowBlinds, I dunno.

WindowBlinds 4, currently in development should be addressing that "Blue" area...
