Where's the Skins??

In the past week there have only been 4 new WB skins uploaded. A bit strange since I think the average number up submissions has been up in general lately.
Is everyone busy with other stuff? Personal stuff, doing commercial skins, burnt out like me?

A "bit new to that stuff" is far ahead of me. 
I haven't even started implementing all the 3.4 stuff.

I'm sorry! I'd really like to get Skin Studio, and give skinning a try...but I only have Paint Shop Pro 7, and very little creativity! 
Is SS a fairly intuitive program, for a beginner? I have more than enough inspiration here at this site.

Skinstudio is a big help for making skins Together with your paintprogram you will certainly be able to upload skins! It's a bit time consuming though

I'm a skinning moron......but I once tried with a much earlier version of SkinStudio. It was actually pretty easy....I got about 50% done with a skin, but life beckoned and I had to answer.

You don't need SkinStudio, just the specs, a text editor and some perseverance.
