I would only add that paid membership will increase you to unlimited downloads (apart from paid Master Skins).
By doing that, you would also support the community of skinners whose work you enjoy using.

Visitors to the site can't comment unless they're members of WC or one of the other forums like Sins of a Solar Empire. I believe this is done to cut down on the amount of trolls, spammers and other nogoodniks. Becoming a member is easy. Just sign up, its free of charge, you don't have to be a skinner, you actually become a member of a world wide community. Plus if you want to learn how to skin our apps there are dozens of people willing to help. Hope to see you in the forums.
