apparently its only happen on his system, as far as i know, no one else complain about it. It solved

It's back public again. I probably should have mentioned before, but when you update a Master Skin it's best if it's not done around the weekend.

i think its in the queue after i add a substyle to solve that strange startpanel problem..
Ah, I didn't know about the start menu problem.
