Hey everyone, my phone line is down and I came home to no internet yesterday.

So, I have yet to get Daves stuff but have made good use of his Structure ini. file

I hope I get internet back today/

Question: When a skin is Finished, do we just Upload or wait for the other skins ?

Just upload when finished is fine....and give us a link in here....they're all going to be pretty staggered....

Edit..... Don't forget Bleumarts permission....  Reply # 161 would probably suffice...

As a suggestion, when uploading your themed skins you should identify that it is part of the Community Project based upon the WindowBlind by.........

Also the name of your skin should start with the WB name followed by your skin type.  By doing this it will make it much easier to find all the skins when doing a search. 

I have been unable to get a hold of Brain as he is having a internet problem. He asked me to help him make a Rainlendar. I made all new graphics today and put it together. So what you all think.

Redneck still having trouble getting started. Seems I've about lost interest in skinning. Hate to force it, but I may have to, if only to get started.

Hang in there. If your not ready than you aren't ready. No sense in doing something by force you aren't going to enjoy. Think it all over as it may come back to you tomorrow or in a month. This will all be here. 

Yesterday I added to the dropbox a frame that is not on the skin and texture that I used to be just that little help

Yeah...photobucket is having fits. I can upload to my album but have to close the browser tab and reopen it in order to get the direct link. Works but its a real PITA!

Finally I heard something I said not long ago and I could not agree more. I don't think anyone would suggest that a certain style is unimaginative but when a skinner continues to do the same style over and over again one would question if they are stuck in a box. All some of us would like to see is for you to try something different/Unique, experiment and broaden your style instead of just changing colors. I have a lot of respect for people like neone6, kitty, Karen, Cyndie, madcat and a few others that escape me because they were/are not afraid to be different. I know the usability argument will come into play but I am not suggesting to abandoned usable skins, just throw something crazy in the mix once in a while. 

I also agree that I would like to see something techy for the project or something very business like or sophisticated looking. Something that would make a laptop look important or expensive (poor choice of words) but you get the picture I hope.

(On a serious note, that was pretty major surgery... that and the after effects of anaesthetic, which I believe stays in your system for up to 12 months, probably playing havoc with your enthusiasm chemicals...and meddling with your get-up-and-go...... you could dip your toe and see how the water is... or just jump on in and sink or swim...    ..either way... I hope you're skinning bug reasserts itself sooner or later...  )
