Ok, rename the zip files with a .wba extension. That's all there is to it.

change .zip to .wba and then double click on it. The skin will be auto installed. Then go to your display properties, choose it and apply.

Did you rename the file from "whatever.zip" to "whatever.wba" and then double click on the renamed file?

You are renaming the extension, not the 'file name'. That must remain the same.
Windowblinds recognizes *****.wba as an appropriate archive to install from/with....

You might try unzipping the file directly to your Windowblinds directory and see if it works that way.

I confirm visually and it doesnt exist any "uis" file into the zip file, theres only the archives with this extensions : mostly "bmp" then appears "cur" and finally one that is named "tfa" . What should I do know ????

If there is no *.uis file in the zip file that you downloaded then I can only conclude that whoever uploaded it didn't make it right. I suggest you s**tcan that one and download a real skin from this site.
