I presumed this suite is induced from one film which it didn't grant the permission for purchase.
Unless I am missing something I do not see any type of trademark or anything proprietary about the blind that would cause copyright infringement but I am sure I probably don't have all the info on this blind seeing how I did not know it even existed until a couple days go.

Looking at the screenshot, it is probably a WB that Stardock commissioned Rennie to do for them to sell and they never released it is all. Thinking back, I vaguely remember other situations like this, skins designed by artists for companies, but sadly never released. 
Heck, back in the old days I was commissioned by two different companies to design XP visual styles for them to sell, but unfortunately one went out of business and the other went the way of packaging their downloads with evilness.

Renato aka treetog. He is one on the "fathers" of skinning IMO.
It's listed on this page of his site. LINK It's not apparent how one would get the skins from the site.

Several of those suites on his site are MyColors suites. Is it possible that Corporate was/is a MC Suite?

I think you have to buy them. There are no download links. On the home page, bottom right, it says free downloads and underneath it lists two sites and this is one of them.

It's not wholly copyrights being violated,sometimes holders called for cease on varied reasons even the end products has finished. Looking for premium suites on the sales now,there were some suites has not listed as before.

Looks to me as it was a commissioned skin which either is private for in house use by SD. or possibly got shelved. I would surmise that without SD's permission the skin will go un-released.
I wish they would update the mycolors skins for WB and release them to the public..I have a few of them and have no way of using them currently.

What are you talking about?! Besides the branded MyColors suites (NBA,NFL,GM,Harley,Collegiate.........),all of Mycolor suites is compatible with Win 7/Vista/XP,not Win8 though,but shouldn't be a big issue.
The current Premium Themes have all provided non-pixelated WB skins which you can apply it on Windowblinds without Mycolors. OH,being sale as Premium,release to public for free is not going to happen anytime soon.

Am on win 8.. have a few like harley and others not listed in the premiums that are currently digitized..
also I never said "how" they would release them free or otherwise..

Skins being "digitized" -in your words- are copyrighted/branded,on this juncture as Mycolors had been abandoned,your wish would hardly be granted.
