PS7 Glass buttons.. again..

A while back, I asked how to make glass buttons (in ps7), and someone gave me a link to somewhere that had a tutorial. Time has past, and well, I lost the link.

Here's the best one I have found so far. http://photoshopgurus.info/intermediate/glass-buttons/real_glass_buttons.shtml . Long and detailed, but the results are worth it, in my opinion.
