How to animate start panel without skinstudio pro

Hey all.. it been a long time since I put up anything anywhere. Anyway have some free time and I have been working on some of my old blinds to windows 7 standard .
Anyway since I only have skinstudio standard edition and i dont think i will be able to purchase anything soon for the pro version. Is there a work around to edit those start panel animation. been looking for it for hours today..still fail to discover it. Any help is much appreciated.
I am working on my old EzMax skin which come with some simple animation on the start panel which i need to adjust to make it look nice 
those inside the red circle need to move a bit or totally removed

i made those in 2006 so at that time i think either skinstudios include animation control while still in standard editions or I somehow have a pro version back on those XPs days. I found the animation file which is a xxx.tga files what i am trying to look for if there is UIS files I need to edit to omit it all together

How did you originally make them?
A glyph?
Layers?
If either of those ,alter the layers.
If it was an ani. file, just delete the file and adjust your start menu graphics leaving out the animation.
