Full skin for WinXP

My company is in need of someone that can create a "full skin" for WindowsXP, from splash screen thru all subsequent windows screens. We have created a bios that removed all countdowns and hardware inferences and included a Bios splash screen and now need to remove all appearances of a Window's OS. The system must show a proprietary splash screen and boot directly into the customer's software. Any reference to "Windows" must be removed down to the shutdown window that states: Windows is now shutting down..."

consider buying a Linux or Mac box... your talking about way more then just skins, you are talking about hacking into the windows kernal to make changes like that... I would recommend talking to Pixtudio http://www.pixtudio.com/ they have the best skinners on payroll their job is creating entire skinning suites but don't hold out hope for removing all windows references...
