However, you can use ObjectBar. ObjectBar is a program that allows you to create differnt types of docks and start bars. What's cool about it is that it comes with a configuration that mimics Windows XP's start menu and taskbar (so you can use that insteasd of Windows Me's task bar and boring start menu). Additionally, ObjectBar has the ability to import the XP Start menu and taskbar graphcis that are part of a WindowBlinds XP skin, and skin itself.
Its import/converion mechanism isn't perfect. Some skins look really nice when applied to ObjectBar, some do not. Its trial and error.
