Need Help With COPPER DECK II

Hey all,
I am new to this and am trying my hardest to learn this stuff doesnt come easy to me so easy on the flames
I have the wallpaper working and the appearance working i have no idea what to do with the icon packager, the window pointer and the system utility thing?
Where do the go how do i use them any help would be much appreciated!
I really want to experience the whole package as it blows me away with its look!

boz* for you to make the apearence to work, you must to have windowblinds application http://www.windowblinds.net/ , for icon packager this https://www.stardock.com/products/iconpackager/ and for cursors XP this https://www.stardock.com/products/cursorxp/
