SkinBrowser not showing recent skins

I've refreshed my Library database, and still, the most recent WindowBlinds skin shown is Sidewinder, from Oct. 10.
That is whether I sort by Updated or Created.
Anyone else having this problem?

Just a temporary side effect of the server being restarted.

I just checked and I don't have an updated.ini file.....
