While it's fake, it's fairly well done. I wouldn't mind having that as a GUI. Now if only they'd release it as a theme

A couple of suggestions though...
1) The windows logo is obviously not made for that position. What you might want to do is make the background of the logo transparent, that should do the trick.
2) The message section needs to be a color darker than white. I can barely make out the "To begin, click your user name".
