Changing to XP Icons in Windows Toolbars??

Hi There,

I have Windows 2000. Is there a way to change the old ugly icons to XP icons in all the Windows toolbars, like IE, OE, & Explorer?

I downloaded all the icons, but have no idea how to change them.

YEs. I can't remember exactly what changes icons so my best guess would be in the folder options/file association there is a button to change the icon.
