Maximum activations reached?

What ia with the maximum activations issue.? Recently I have seen many posts on this issue. I purchased a second license on several programs to avoid the hassle. Now I am getting the issue with fences. I shouldn't have to purchase a second license on these products.

A better Forum to choose would have been the Support Forum.
