Speaking of ribs...
Since I start a liquid diet on Oct. 14th, and my birthday is the 16th, my inlaws took me out to dinner tonight for my birthday dinner. 
Needless to say, no dieting tonight. 
All you can eat baby back ribs, fall off the bone tender, at Fatz Cafe and I ate 3 full racks. Man, am I stuffed. 
I will be on a liquid diet for 3 weeks starting Oct. 14th.
