International call message warning

first of all hi.
i need somebody to explain me because i'm not experience on this things.
i was downloading a theme for winstyles when a got a message telling me to stop making international calls.
does this software work in that way.
i don't understand i've not seen any dialer.
i'm using object desktop and all the other applications.
does wincustomize browser or the related softwares make international calls...
i need somebody to explain me.

might this have been a pop-up advertisment? If you are connected to the internet, I would doubt that your computer could be making telephone calls at the same time, unless you had two modems and two lines.

I am not sure about the International call message warning, but i can assure you that it has nothing to do with Wincustomize and Object Desktop.

it was a very strange message telling me to stop making international calls i'm using cable modem and i never use those porn dialers so it must have been a pop up or something like that
