CPU upgrade advice

OK, working on a family members computer here. It is a SFF eMachines model EL1210-09. It has a socket AM2 motherboard. The current CPU is single core, I was wanting to upgrade to dual core. The issue is it has to be 45W TDP or less. What CPU would you recommend?

AMD® Athlon™ X2 processor (45 W max) according to the eMachines support site is as far as you can upgrade the CPU.
You may be able to find one on eBay or Amazon. Newegg doesn't carry them for the AM2 platform anymore.
