Who judges who?

Dear community,
I found out, that Island Dog is responsable
for new skins- but he doesn´t publish any
own skin, only wallpapers!
He´s not realy in the position to judge the
artistic aspects of uploaded skins!
Please find a person with more knowledge
for this job- I´m working in arts and don´t
want to be judged by a rookie!

if my uploaded .wba file doesn´t work on your
coputers: where to send it to be judged or first
fixed?

David, you'll want to ask someone here to test for you. Firstly, you may want to make a few friends, so you don't have to ask complete strangers to test for you.
You could try testing on a different PC for yourself, or ask a friend to test.
Or, like I do, you could test on a virtual machine, so you can test on other OSes.

It generally not the computer but needs to work with windowblinds. Do you have windowblinds?, do you have skin studio?, Have you viewed the turorials?

think you first attempt has already been judged. your skin needs to be in a condition that works and has been found useable by those that judge them. It's your skin, you're responsible to ensure it works. If you ask nicely, someone may volunteer to check over your skin but it should be in a condition to NOT crash the system.

my animation is better too!
I´m a dinosaur with this equipment- 32bit and 0,9 Gb RAM.
I searched for someone who works with Win8, purchased
the WB8 and SkinStudio, but without success!
Whatever- I´m back on this page Saturday21th and
maybe there´ll be a support for my green skin within
your team... if not, R.I.P. Wondergarden- Skin!

I hate testing new skinners but I do. Yor WB blacked out my browser and didn't skin anything. It seem that when other moderators checked it, it didn't work for them. Instead of making posts, try fixing your skin or try making friends and see if one will check it out and tell you what needs fixed. And after you fix it they might apply the skin and see what happens and if it works you can reupload it.

Yes indeed. At last, someone has joined that has such advanced artistic ability, there is no one at WinCustomize qualified to judge it. Just skip all those time wasting promotions. Mods, we have a new Master in our midst.

to given a URL from you if you want to publish
the skin as your work.
Maybe you can pay me two beer and two pizzas too?
