The best thing to do is open an existing logonxp file in your graphics editor, and go from there. I doubt anyone will be writing a step by step tutorial for you here on the messageboard..

It's very easy.

1) Pick a wallpaper for your background.
2) Decide what color scheme you'll use.
3) Create a new logon.
4) Open the bmp's in an image editor.
5) Modify those bmp's to whatever you want.
6) Save the bmp's and refresh the preview window of the logon editor.
7) Change the colors in the logon editor (the logoneditor is extremely simple and self explanatory)
8) Save, test, upload
